Ordering Online: For international & domestic online orders we accept credit/debit cards via SagePay. Ordering via purchase order is also available online [selectable option (04. Payment Information) in checkout process].

Ordering by Phone: Please have your complete order ready, along with your credit/debit card information. For all phone orders we accept credit/debit cards & purchase orders.

Shipping costs are dependent on destination and total order weight.

Postage discounts are available for large orders/multiple titles. Please contact us for information.


Economy Delivery: Normally 3-5 working days

Order cut-off for all delivery services is 2pm (UK time). Orders placed after 2pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

International Orders

Due to increasing cost incurred by the COVID-19 pandemic and the Brexit situation John Catt Educational Ltd are not currently accepting international orders through the online bookshop. For bulk international orders, please feel free to contact us.

Please Note: John Catt Educational Ltd is not responsible for extra fees such as import taxes or customs duties.  Any tax, tariff or duty charges are the sole responsibility of our customers outside of the United Kingdom. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to help you avoid any unforeseen charges.

Out of Stock

Due to the nature of our business, we may experience an unforeseeable increase in orders. Reprints do take a little while at press, it can take several weeks to restock. If you have questions or concerns regarding an out of stock item, please contact us.


From time to time you may see a backordered item on your invoice. This happens mostly when you have placed an order, paid for it, and we find once it reaches our warehouse that it is temporarily unavailable, but will be back in stock shortly. As soon as we have it in stock, we ship it out, usually within 2 weeks.
