Lekha Sharma is the Vice Principal - Quality of Education at a Primary School in South London. She is a blogger, TES columnist and a Postgraduate student at Oxford University, studying Learning and Teaching. Lekha has worked in challenging schools across both London and the Midlands since completing her PGCE in Primary Education from The University of Warwick, Institute of Education.
